TWO full liters of water plus electrolytes to create an iso-osmotic solution which hydrates the body immediately.  Dehydration causes fatigue and lack of energy, so the immediate reversal of this condition with hydration is the most effective treatment.

Mixture of B vitamins including (B1) Thiamine: helps metabolize fats, carbohydrates, & amino acids); (B2) Riboflavin: helps prevent migraine headaches; (B3) Niacinamide: helps decrease cholesterol & repair DNA; (B5) Dexpanthenol and (B6) Pyridoxine (see below).

Another name for Dexpanthenol, this essential vitamin helps your body make and utilize carbs, protein, and fat. When combined with B-complex, your body is getting the maximal amount of Vitamin B5 possible.

Also known as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (or Pyridoxine), this vitamin is essential to life as it is required to synthesize proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.  It also is involved in amino acid metabolism and the creation of neurotransmitters.

Involved in DNA synthesis, protein and fat metabolism.  Also important in the creation of myelin, one of the main components of the brain and nervous system.  Aids in the maturation of red blood cells, therefore essential in prevention and treatment of anemia.

Scientifically known as Ascorbic Acid, Vitamin C is an antioxidant important for immune system function.  During an infection, your body consumes Vitamin C quickly, so providing you with a maximum dose of 2000mg IV may shorten the length of a cold.

Zofran is the most common anti-nausea medication given by medical professionals.  Zofran works directly on receptors in your brain to halt nausea and vomiting, restoring your ability to eat and drink again.

Ketorolac is an anti-inflammatory (NSAID) medication that relieves pain and stops inflammatory processes throughout the body.  Unlike medications taken by mouth, Toradol starts working in minutes once it enters your bloodstream and provides powerful relief from all types of pain.

Pepcid works by blocking H2 (Histamine) receptors in the GI tract, significantly reducing hydrochloric acid production by your stomach's parietal cells.  With decreased acidity in the stomach, nausea subsides while healing and recovery of the stomach's lining can occur.

Stomach Flu + Hyperemesis Fix

Whether you're suffering from food poisoning, stomach flu, vomiting from pregnancy (hyperemesis gravida), IV hydration plus electrolytes and medications will give you relief and get you on the road to recovery.  2 Liters of fluid plus an antacid (Pepcid), an anti-nausea medication (Zofran), and an anti-inflammatory (Toradol) work in concert to relieve the most common and debilitating symptoms.  This is the same mixture given in emergency rooms, without the hassle and in a fraction of the time.
