This mixture of B Vitamins includes (B1) Thiamine: assists in metabolizing fats, carbs, & amino acids); (B2) Riboflavin: prevents migraine headaches; (B3) Niacinamide: decreases cholesterol & repairs DNA; (B5) Dexpanthenol and (B6) Pyridoxine (see descriptions below).

Also known as Dexpanthenol, this essential vitamin helps make and utilize carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.  Combined with B-Complex, this gives your body the maximum dose of Dexpanthenol your body can absorb.

Otherwise known as Pyridoxine (or Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate), this essential vitamin is required to make proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.  It also helps with amino acid metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters.

Involved with the synthesis of DNA, while metabolizing protein and fat. Important in the creation of myelin, which is a primary building block of the brain and nervous system.  Aids in the maturation of red blood cells, therefore crucial in prevention and treatment of anemia.

Helps with weight loss by burning carbohydrates, but also increases muscle mass.  Athletes often take L-Carnitine supplements to enhance exercise performance and recovery, supplementing with it both before and after workouts or competition.
